There are 12 common faults and solutions in the daily printing process of UV printers, which users can solve by themselves.

UV ink adhesion is poor | Alcohol wipes the surface of the material, and special materials need to wipe the coating solution to improve the curing power of the LED lamp. |
Ink flies on the edges of the pattern | Eliminate static electricity on material surface, adjust nozzle voltage. |
The print appears before and after ghosting, double lines | Confirm whether the calibration parameters (step, Y-direction deviation, etc.) are appropriate, re-plug the USB ports on the board and computer of the machine, turn off the software, power on the machine again, and then open the software. |
Print left and right ghost, double line | Select the correct printing parameters (single and bidirectional, etc.), confirm whether the parameter values of horizontal calibration are appropriate, check whether the height between the printhead and the medium is too high, and re-measure the X-axis motion coefficient. |
Excessive pattern chromatic aberration | Select the correct RIP parameters (input ICC, output ICC, number of passes, resolution, etc.) and check the printing parameters (speed, unidirectional and bidirectional, number of passes, illumination mode, white ink parameters, etc.). |
Pattern casts occur during printing | If the ink cartridge is out of ink, you need to add new ink, press the ink with the nozzle and wipe it with a non-woven fabric, and adjust the negative pressure value. |
